Peak 20 Workout is a 6 week / 20 minute total body conditioning program designed for:

and also for those who want a change to their traditional 60 minute workout leading to better results.

Clients can say goodbye to the 15 minute warmup on the cardio machine, the 45 minutes on the weight and then the 10 minute cooldown on machine. All of this is combined in each of your Peak 20 Workout sessions.
