Volume 1 Dance / Pop and Hip Hop versions are coming soon!

Part 3: Peak 20 Workout Summer Shape up Series: Sexy Total Body

The weather's nice and beaches are open but it isn't too late to get your body ready. Here is part 3 of your summer shape up series. Remember consistency is key. Keep at it.

Guidelines:
Equipment: A timer or stopwatch
Warm up by going through the actual workout below with a lighter weight than what you would use for the workout at a slower pace.
Perform in a circuit fashion.
Rest for 1 minute after each round
Perform as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes. (Set stopwatch / timer for 20 minutes)
After the workout – jog ¼ mile

push ups x10
chair dips x10
jumping jacks x30
plank hold for 45 -60 seconds
