The Peak 20 Workout is a 20 minute total body conditioning and fat
burning program designed to help you maximize your workout in the time
that you have. Peak 20 Workout combines strength, cardio, core
conditioning, flexibility and balance work. No big fancy gym equipment

I love water and often jazz it up with a splash of lemon when I want a little flavor. Even that gets boring at times. When I want a different taste while still keeping the sugars, fats, carbs and sodium away, I drink HINT!

Seriously, none of that stuff mentioned above or artifical sweetners are in there, but it still tastes great. HINT is "pure spring water + a splash of natural flavor".

Among the many flavors are watermelon, blackberry, pomegranate-tangerine, strawberry-kiwi and pear.

Next, for the soda lovers there is HINT FIZZ. It is still unsweetened goodness that does taste like soda. I was a fan of the other flavored bubbly water brands until this came along. I'm hooked.

PRODUCT REVIEW: Munitio Nines Earbuds

Since I first came across them online a few months ago, I’ve been hooked on Munitio for so many reasons. First the branding is sharp. I can’t get enough of their sleek black look that’s maintained across their social media outlets, their packaging and their website. To young entrepreneurs this is a great company from which to learn branding and consistency.

The Nines come with a cable clip, a carry case, four sets of silicon hollow points and two ear hooks. I’ve tested these Nines in the gym during intense workouts and on the road running and can tell you they were definitely designed for fit and comfort. The hooks weren’t even needed.

Next, the sound quality is top notch. Not just for working out, but I love my music and my music has to sound just right. The Munitio Nines feel like a whole studio sound system in your ears. These little sexy things provide full smooth sound that you feel all over without any distortion over the crispness.

Lastly, the built in mic lets you take calls.

I’ve been working out with these since my pregnancy earlier this year and these headphones definitely played a part in getting me to the gym when it was tough and helping me reach my post preggers fitness goals.

It's already yours so go for it!

Why not make sure you have all of the things in life that are yours? Unless you really enjoy sitting back and watching others get it. There's more pleasure in getting it than just wishing for it. That body that you want is yours, those amazing body transformation results are yours, those awesome before and after pictures are yours. All you have to do is go after them.

To get them, there is no correct way to start, as long as you start. Begin with a plan. Take a moment to sit alone and think about all of the benefits and how much your life will be better once you start that fat loss plan and keep going. Jot your thoughts down as well.

Next, create your own circle of support by telling your friends. This group will help motivate by cheering you on and maybe even by joining you on this endeavor. Your chance of success is better with a buddy.

Lastly, execute! Start by whipping out your calendar and setting some dates and specific times. Once you write it down and fit exercise into your calendar you have a better chance of success as well. No need to go all out immediately, fit in 2 - 3 days your first week. Then add more the following weeks.

Remember, nothing motivates like results. Get some!

Folks often ask what the heck are some of the healthy snacking options for them during the day. Plenty are out there. One great selection to throw in your lunch bag is pop chips. These chips are tastier and better for you than a lot of the other chip options out there.
