You will receive 18 (20 minute) sessions of private training that must be completed in 6 weeks.
Beginning with a warmup in preparation for some intense work and ending with a nice cooldown, each workout in this total body conditioning program is customized just for you and takes place in the privacy of your own home.
Exercises that will vary as you progress are made up of a combination of dumbbell training and body weight exercises performed at different intensities.
